Our Registration Packet can be downloaded by clicking the link below. This packet contains fill-able PDF forms, so you can type your information into the forms before printing the packet. Once you complete the cover sheet, that information will populate throughout the packet. You will need to print the packet to sign the forms. If you are unable to print the packet for any reason, you can pick one up in our visitor entrance or call 585-658-5047 to request that a packet be mailed to you.

April 17, 2018: Pre-K Registration
It’s time to register your child for a spot in next year’s Prekindergarten classroom. Our Pre-K program is a full-day program for eligible students that meet the age requirement of being four years old by December 1, 2018. The school day is from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. during the 2018-2019 school year.
All completed registration packets must be turned in to Mrs. Howe in the front office prior to April 10, 2018 at 3:00 p.m.
April 10, 2018: Lottery Selection
Be sure to complete a registration packet to be considered for the random lottery selection. There are spots open for 36 students. Because this is a random selection, all completed registration packets will be entered into the drawing. The random lottery selection will take place on April 10, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. in the High School Library.
March 12-29, 2018: Initial Kindergarten Registration
If your child will be age 5 prior to December 1, he or she is eligible for kindergarten. Our initial kindergarten registration will be taking place starting March 12, 2018.
April 17, 2018: Kindergarten Orientation
We will be having our kindergarten orientation on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. in the HS Library.
This will be the time to turn in completed registration packets along with a copy of the child’s birth certificate,
immunization records, and any applicable documentation such as preschool records. You will also be able to
sign your child up for a screening appointment.
