Through the Finger Lakes Area School Health Plan (FLASHP) we are able to offer access to “The Lift Project” (a $149 value) for FREE! The program will run from October 16th – December 1st, delivering a weekly lesson (15 minutes each) right to your email that is designed to give individuals, groups, and organizations a lift.
