Congratulations to Savannah Ebersole and Yasael Malave Perez on being recognized by the Livingston County Sheriff's Office during its annual student awards ceremony.
Savannah received the Do the Right Thing Award for her leadership, community involvement, volunteer service, and commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others. She was recognized for her work in school, throughout the community, and as a member of the New York State Governor's Youth Council.
Yasael was named Student of the Year in recognition of his outstanding leadership, academic achievement, athletic accomplishments, and positive impact on those around him. A captain of multiple varsity teams and the Class of 2026 Valedictorian, he is known for leading by example both in and out of the classroom.
