Based on the information you provide about your job, employer, number of children, and financial need, OCFS may be able to help you find the child program you need. It may be a challenge to find child care due to COVID-19 related program closures, however the staff at OCFS are trying their best to support families to find the high quality child care that they need;

In coordination with the Livingston County Department of Health, Livingston County Officials, and regional superintendents, it has been determined that it is in the best interest of public health that school will be closed effective immediately and until further notice. The Genesee Valley Educational Partnership released a joint statement on behalf of every partner district. Our primary goal is to support the safety and well-being of our students, staff, and families within the Mount Morris community. Our immediate priority will be the distribution of meals and the return of student medication. Specific details will be shared with families tomorrow evening. Additional information and plans will be shared in the coming days and throughout our school closure. Please be safe and continue to follow the guidance from the Livingston County Department of Health, the New York State Department of Health, and the Centers for Disease Control.

Do you know someone who graduated from Mount Morris Central School District at least ten years ago who can serve as a role model for today's students? If yes, please submit a Distinguished Alumni Nomination Form no later than May 1st. Forms can be picked up in our visitor entrance or downloaded from our website using the following link: http://5il.co/2498.
Our 5th annual Distinguished Alumni Induction Ceremony will take place on the Friday of Homecoming weekend. This is a great opportunity to help our students understand the power of learning! When students hear the incredible achievements of people who walked the same stage they will be walking, it has a lasting impact and shows them that you can do big things when you come from a small town. The size of our school is one of our many advantages!

The Mount Morris Central School District’s annual Spring Musical Performances are scheduled for Friday, March 27th and Saturday, March 28th, in the auditorium. Show times are as follows: Friday, March 27th: 7:00 pm; Saturday, March 28th: 1:00 pm;
Saturday, March 28th: 7:00 pm. Our talented group of Drama Club students are thrilled to bring to stage “Shrek the Musical”! This musical is based on the 2001 DreamWorks Animation film “Shrek”, along with elements of sequels “Shrek 2”, “Shrek Forever After” and William Steig's 1990 book “Shrek”. Shrek the Musical is a one-of-a-kind, hilarious fairy tale which transforms the contemporary children’s book and popular animated feature film into a stage musical. This tale of an unlikely hero who finds himself on a life-changing journey alongside a wisecracking Donkey, a feisty princess who resists her rescue, and over a dozen other fairy tale characters is sure to have audience members entertained throughout the whole performance! It’s never too late to live happily every after. There will be a $5:00 admission fee which benefits MMCSD’s Drama Club.
