Livingston County will be hosting a Foodlink Food Distribution here at Mount Morris Central School on Wednesday, June 17th from 2 – 4 pm. No registration is necessary and the food will be distributed on a first come first served basis. Each family will receive 3 boxes of food containing mixed dairy, meat and produce totaling 75 lbs. Please drive up Bonadonna Avenue to enter the upper gym parking area and you will exit via School Street.

MMCSD is pleased to recognize our Senior Spring Student Athletes! We are recognizing different seniors who participate on the Varsity Outdoor Track, Varsity Baseball and Varsity Golf Teams. Today’s Senior Athlete Recognition for Varsity Golf goes out to Nathan Callaro, Jordan Davis and Conner Markel. Nate will be attending MCC in the fall for Computer Science. His favorite athletic memory is being part of the Golf Team and improving his game each year with the help of Coach Stout. Jordan plans to enter into the workforce following graduation. Jordan's favorite athletic memory is winning his first golf match vs. Keshequa at Woodlyn Hill golf course. Conner plans to attend MCC, majoring in business and minoring in Culinary Arts. Conner's favorite athletic memories are playing on the very successful Modified Basketball Team here at MMCS. Congratulations Seniors!

On Tuesday, June 16th at 3:05 P.M., we will have a car parade through the village of Mount Morris, escorted by the Mount Morris Police Department and Mount Morris Fire Department. One year ago today, our very own Emily Mike took stage for the National Spelling Bee, placing 51st of 11 million participants! An eighth grader at the time, Emily spelled “cuisinier” correctly during the second round, and during the third round she correctly spelled “bloodcurdling.” We will always be proud!
